- Nearest station: Stoke-on-Trent (90 minutes from London Euston, 35 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly, 48 minutes from Birmingham)
- The V&A Wedgwood Collection is a 15-minute drive from Stoke-on-Trent railway station. Taxis are available at the station
- 5-minute walk from the Trent & Mersey Canal path, Bridge 104
- Local bus services to Barlaston include the D&G Bus Service 100 (from Hanley and Trentham)

Access
All areas of the V&A Wedgwood Collection are accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users.
Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor, just off the World of Wedgwood Atrium and in the V&A Wedgwood Collection Welcome Space.

Discover a story of creativity, community and ceramics, bringing over 260 years of Wedgwood to life for all ages.
Gallery 2 (1795 to today) is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays until Spring 2025.
Reading Room
The Alan Wedgwood Reading Room is open to the public Wednesday to Friday by appointment.
